Your Facelift Bodykit Pre-Order Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made up of the following documents:

1. Body Kit

The body kit will be confirmed with you at a later date. It will describe the body kit that you selected, including pricing (excluding taxes, installation, paint and shipping).

2. Final Price

The Final Price will be provided to you as your delivery date nears. It will include final pricing based on the body kit you selected and will include taxes and shipping.

3. Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of the date you place your pre-order and make your Pre-Order Payment (the “Pre-Order Date”).  Agreement to Purchase. You agree to pre-order the body kit (the “body kit”) that you selected when you made your Pre-Order Payment and by taking delivery, completing the transaction when the Vehicle is ready for delivery from Facelift Bodykits (“we,” “us” or “our”), pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Your Facelift Bodykit is priced at the time of order.  The pre-order price of the Vehicle will be confirmed in your “My Account” and Final Price.

You are responsible for paying installation and paint separately on your own.  Pre-Order Process; Cancellation; Changes. After you submit your completed pre-order, you selected become available in production, we will invite you to complete the purchase of your Facelift Bodykit.  We will then issue you the Facelift Bodykit Final Price based on the Facelift Bodykit you select.  Your Pre-Order Payment covers the cost of these activities and other processing costs and is not a deposit for the Facelift Bodykit. Until your Facelift Bodykit begins the production phase, you may cancel your pre-order at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund of your Pre-Order Payment.

You can make changes to the delivery location, which may change shipping charges and will be reflected in subsequent pricing.  When we start the production phase of the Facelift Bodykit, we will send you an email requesting you to complete your full payment.  The Pre-Order Payment and this Agreement are not made or entered into in anticipation of or pending any conditional sale contract, until the full payment is completed.

You will have 48 hours to make the full payment from the time we notify you by email or your pre-order will be rolled over to the next production phase.  Delivery.  Facelift Bodykits coordinate the shipping of the Bodykit to you via a third-party common carrier. You agree that delivery of the Bodykit, including the risk of loss to you, will occur at the time your Bodykit is loaded onto the common carrier’s transport (i.e., FOB shipping point). The carrier will insure your Bodykit while in transit and you will be the beneficiary of any claims for damage to the Bodykit or losses occurring while the Bodykit is in the possession of a common carrier.

You understand that Facelift Bodykits may not have completed the development of Bodykit or begun manufacturing Bodykit at the time you entered into this Agreement and so we do not guarantee when your Bodykit will actually be delivered. Your actual delivery date is dependent on many factors, including if and when enough customers pre-order Bodykits during the collection phase of your production cycle and manufacturing availability.
