Refund Policy

Pre-Order Deposit – Refundable

The pre-order deposit is fully refundable during the collection phase. We collect pre-order deposits in order to understand how many customers are interested in a certain body kit. We do not utilize any of these funds at this phase. Since this phase can take a long time, we understand that customers might change their mind for a variety of reasons and want to back out of the process. We will process pre-order deposit refund request within 2 business days (the company a customer uses to make their payment will have their own refund processing time that we are not responsible for). Refunds can be requested in the customers My Account section under orders.

Full Final Payment – Non-Refundable

The full final payment is not refundable. After you complete your order by making the full payment you are no longer able to receive a refund on any portion of your payment (not the deposit, not the remaining balance). When we receive your full final payment the production phase begins and we utilize the funds to pay for parts and labor.

Body Kits – Returns Are Not Accepted

Facelift Bodykits does not accept returns on body kits after they have been purchased by the customer (upon completion of their full final payment). The body kits are custom items that are specific to certain buyers, it would be too expensive to accept returns and to reprocess and restock items due to their large size. We try to keep our prices low and accepting returns would increase the purchase price.

Shipping Guarantees

A customer is guaranteed to receive the item they purchased in good condition. If for any reason the item is lost, stolen or damaged during the shipping process the are entitled to receive another of the same item. Facelift Bodykits uses a third-party shipping company and they will be responsible for any shipping issues. Customers should contact the shipping company with any disputes, their information will be provided to the customer after the customer completes their order, during the shipping phase of the order process.
