The Order Process And The
Installation Process Explained
In the body kit industry it is common for the order process to take a long time, months even up to a year. Customers are buying rare parts, custom parts and parts only found in different countries abroad. The reason why our process takes so long in addition to reasons listed above is because we try to make our body kits affordable to the average person, so we do not make 1-off orders on demand. We collect orders over a time period, which allows us to reduce production cost but it increases the overall order porcess time. Below is more detail into our order process.
ORDER PROCESS:
- 1. We Collect Pre-Orders (Appx. 3 months)
- 2. We Produce/Manufacture Paid Orders (Appx. 3 months)
- 3. We Ship Your order (Appx. 3 months)
INSTALLATION PROCESS:
- 1. You Receive The Body Kit
- 2. You Hire A Professional To Install The Body Kit
- 3. You Hire A Professional To Paint The Body Kit
*The total process can take over 9 months to receive your body kit.
COLLECTING ORDERS
The first phase of the process is collecting orders from customers. This phase usually starts after we release a new design. Our goal is to complete an order process 3 times a year (beginning, middle and end). A customer selects the Facelift body kit they want and pays their refundable 10% pre-order deposit. If there is high demand for body kits at this time than the collection phase will not take long but if there is not high demand than will take longer. After we receive enough pre-orders from customers then we will begin the next phase
PRODUCING ORDERS
The second phase of the process is producing orders for customers. Before we begin this phase we require full payment from customers, which is non—refundable. We are making and ordering parts for customers body kits, which is expensive and time consuming. This phase takes about 3 months depending on how many orders we collected. If a customer does not complete their full payment within the required 48-hours then their 10% pre-order deposit will automatically be rolled over to the next production phase.
SHIPPING ORDERS
The third and final phase of the order process is shipping orders to customers. We make our body kits available to car enthusiests worldwide, so we ship our products globally, which involves more time and costs. Body kits are heavy, large and require multiple packages, which also involves more time and costs. Customers are responsible to pay shipping charges separately. Customers will be notified by email when shipping is ready and receive tracking details throughout the shipping process, this phase takes about 3 months depending on potential shipping delays.
This is a very long process, we will work hard to move as fast as we can, we know it is important for our customers to receive the products they paid for in a timely manner, for peace of mind, for installation plans and to start experiencing and enjoying their new purchase. We strive to be as tranparent as possible throughout the entire process, we update customers by email, their My Account page and using notices on our website. We appreiciate our customers patients throughout the long process.
RECEIVEING ORDERS
When customers finally receive their body kit after waiting months, they should be prepared to properly receive it from the delivery service and store it until it is installed on their vehicle. The boxes that the body kit is shipped in are large, the largest one that contains the bumpers are as tall as a door and as wide as a refrigerator.
A customer that lives in an apartment should consider where they will store the boxes until installation. A customer that lives in a house should be able to store the boxes in their garage or backyard. If a customer has the boxes delivered to their residence, then they need to consider how they will transport the body kit to the body shop because the boxes do not fit in a car or SUV.
Customers will most likely have to rent a moving van to transport the body kit and if they already know the body shop that will install the body kit for them, they should try to get permission to arrange having the body kit delivered directly to their local body shop.

Our company functions as a designer and retailer of facelift body kits but we do not provide in-house installation services, which means our customers must find a body shop in their local area to perform the installation for them. The installation cost is separate from the cost of the body kit and the customer is responsible for it.
We have installed the body kits on our prototype vehicles and video tapped the steps, so we are able to provide an installation walk-through to our customers to help them understand how to take apart their vehicle, to attach the body kit and how long the installation process will take. But a professional is required because the vehicles frame, body panels and the body kit require modifications to be properly secured to the vehicle and because parts being properly secured is required by law for safety.

PAINT
The body kit is primed and ready to be painted to color match the customers vehicle or whatever their desired color may be. The customer can rely on the body shop to provide the paint or they can visit our eBay affiliate link to find and order their vehicles original color by paint code and provide the paint to the body shop, which might be cheaper.
ACCESSORIES
Our facelift body kits are full body kits that will modernize and update the exterior look of the vehicle. But we do not sale products for the interior or smaller accessories that help complete the look and give off a high-end appearance. However, we do make suggestions about the best way to accessorize your vehicle and recommend additional parts to help further update and modernize your vehicle above what the facelift body kit does.
We include a lot of these accessories on our prototype vehicles that we use in our advertisements and marketing content book the accessories are not included with the body kit. If the customer is interested in any of the additional accessories they see, they have to purchase those items separately and here are some affiliate links on where to find out more about them.
